Always remember, water is crucial for your fitness, it will help you burn more calories fast, it will make you stay healthy and active, it won't make you gain more unwanted calories like other energy drinks (they might give you some energy, or fake it for you,  but they will give you so much calories for sure), stay on the right side and drink water. Also drinking 12 cups of water a day will help you burn more calories, it's a simple easy trick but it works as good as you can imagine, just drink water even if you're not going for a run, even if you're staying at your bed in the front of your laptop, drink water.
